What is Stress?
Stress
is a natural response to the challenges of our everyday life. However,
if the stress we experience is too frequent, extreme or prolonged,
our health will be affected.
Stress is often indicated by fatigue, insomnia, irritability, nervousness,
worrying or depression. If left unchecked, more serious medical problems
may develop, including high blood pressure, migraines, diabetes, strokes
and even cancer.
The aim is not to eradicate all stress from our lives, but to manage
