How many Counselling Sessions will I need?
Everyone
is an individual, so the number of sessions will depend on your particular
issue/s.
Your counsellor will suggest a number of sessions as a guide, and together
you will monitor your progress and determine what is actually needed.
The schedule of sessions will be recommended by your counsellor and
arranged within a time frame that is acceptable to you.
